  • What I liked about Cathy’s workshop was that she was very down to earth. she explained different concepts of breath and breathwork and besides that her presence is so calm and soothing there is no resistance to get into a complete relaxed state which I don’t find it so common with every breathwork practitioner.   • Cathy guided me through a 1:1 breathwork and meditation session that felt both deeply supportive and expertly held. She began by clearly explaining the benefits of breathwork and how it relates to the autonomic nervous system. She then led me through a beautifully guided meditation using sound bowls and gentle touch intentionally focusing on different areas of the body after I shared that sound and touch help me access a meditative state.
