How are the workshops structured?

Each workshop lasts around 3.5 hours, including a short break. We begin with an introduction and a brief exploration of nervous system regulation at work — helping participants understand how stress and connection show up in team dynamics.

From there, the group is guided through a restorative breathwork and sound healing experience, designed to release tension and bring everyone into a more grounded, present state. Once the team has settled into this shared calm, we move into interactive team-building exercises that foster trust, communication, and authentic connection.

The result is a balanced mix of insight, relaxation, and collaboration — leaving the team feeling both restored and more in sync.

Can everyone participate?

All sessions are designed to be gentle, accessible, and supportive for most people.

I’ll always send a list of contraindications ahead of booking so participants can review them in their own time. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your situation beforehand, I’m more than happy to arrange a quick call to make sure the session feels safe and comfortable for you.

Can this be adapted for hybrid or remote teams?

Due to the nature of this work, the effects are best experienced in person.

Is prior experience with breathwork necessary?

Absolutely not! Whether you are a master of your breath or have never taken part in guided breathwork before, this workshop is for everyone.

Where do the events take place?

Each session is tailored to suit your team’s needs. We’ll decide together what setting works best — whether that’s creating a calm, restorative space right in your office, or stepping out to an offsite location for a change of environment. My goal is to make the experience feel accessible, comfortable, and aligned with your team’s rhythm and schedule.

What to wear?

No element of the workshops will be physically demanding, so anything you feel comfortable in is perfect!
