How are the Connection Workshops structured?

Each session is bespoke and tailored to your teams needs. A breathwork or sound healing session can be anywhere from 45mins - 90 mins, while the connection workshops are 90mins - 3hrs, better suited for team offsites or team building days.

Can everyone participate?

All sessions are designed to be gentle, accessible, and supportive for most people.

I’ll always send a list of contraindications ahead of booking so participants can review them in their own time. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your situation beforehand, I’m more than happy to arrange a quick call to make sure the session feels safe and comfortable for you.

Can this be adapted for hybrid or remote teams?

Due to the nature of this work, the effects are best experienced in person.

Is prior experience with breathwork necessary?

Absolutely not! Whether you are a master of your breath or have never taken part in guided breathwork before, this workshop is for everyone.

Where do the events take place?

Each session is tailored to suit your team’s needs. We’ll decide together what setting works best - whether that’s creating a calm, restorative space right in your office, or stepping out to an offsite location for a change of environment. My goal is to make the experience feel accessible, comfortable, and aligned with your team’s rhythm and schedule.

What to wear?

No element of the workshops will be physically demanding, so anything you feel comfortable in is perfect!

  • Cathy guided me through a 1:1 breathwork and meditation session that felt both deeply supportive and expertly held. She began by clearly explaining the benefits of breathwork and how it relates to the autonomic nervous system. She then led me through a beautifully guided meditation using sound bowls and gentle touch intentionally focusing on different areas of the body after I shared that sound and touch help me access a meditative state. The breathing was incredibly releasing. Throughout the entire session Cathy struck the perfect balance of compassion and professionalism - I felt completely supported at every moment.
