    Breathwork

    Our breath is the simplest and most powerful tool we have for regulation, yet it’s often the first thing we lose touch with in busy workdays. This 1-hour guided breathwork session invites participants to reconnect with their breath, release built-up stress, and return to a grounded, clear state of mind.

    Through gentle, accessible breathing techniques inspired by conscious connected breathwork, the session supports the body’s natural ability to calm the nervous system, improve focus, and restore balance. Each session closes with grounding and integration practices, leaving participants feeling centered, clear, and revitalised.

    Sound Healing

    It’s easy for teams to move from one task to the next without pausing to breathe. This 1-hour sound healing session offers a deeply restorative rest - bringing calm and presence back into the workspace.

    Using soothing tones from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, the session gently guides participants into a state of deep relaxation. The sound frequencies help to slow the nervous system, ease tension, and quiet the mind; allowing creativity, focus, and emotional balance to naturally re-emerge.

    No experience is required. Participants simply lie down or sit comfortably, close their eyes, and allow the sound to do the work.

    The Connection Workshop

    A single, restorative workshop designed to bring your team back into sync.

    The first half of the session we will use guided breathwork and sound healing to bring your team into a restored & attuned state. After a short break, we will regroup and do some team building & trust based activities in the afterglow of the breath work and sound healing for maximum impact.

    Designed to help participants de-stress, open communication, and feel re-energized as a group.
